The following exercises can be done using our pilates reformer:
- balance beam squat
- place the semi-arc under the instrument and keep your feet hip-width apart.
- maintain a balanced and stable state.
- take a deep breath and bend your hips.
- exhale, tighten hips and stand up straight
- push up
- stretch rope squats
- open shoulder
- high kneeling position, arm flex and extension
- high kneeling twist
- elastic rope, side waist and haip training
- sitting row
- sliding lunges
